Short circuits near coal-fired power plant: Sabotage should probably trigger a blackout

In Brandenburg, unknown persons with homemade missiles have caused short circuits on a high-voltage line. There was no power failure, but Brandenburg's Minister of the Interior warns: "This was not a prank."
